Learn how easy it is to create a beautiful and elegant charcuterie board! April Miller, Penn State Educator and Registered Dietician, will share tips and specific instructions on how to create a beautiful themed charcuterie tray. Get hands-on while learning how to make a meat rose, arrange fruit, cheese and dips all the while enjoying samples!

The fun continues with Katie Talarico, Wine Maker & Owner of Papa Joe's Winery. Katie will talk about how to pair wine with certain cheeses and provide a wine tasting. Glasses of wine will be available for purchase.
