Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

All in stock orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. 

Custom items will be shipped within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know if you need your item by a certain date and we will make every effort to get the item to by the desired date.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone. 

SHIPPING METHODS:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Items weighing under 1 pound will ship USPS First Class

Items weighing over one pound will ship USPS based on shipping weight. 

SHIPPING TIMES:

Will be based on your location and shipping method. We cannot control the shipping times once the item is out of our hands. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

DAMAGES:

Woods Lane & Co. is not liable for any damages during shipping. Please contact the shipping service to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not ship out of the United States at this time.
