Game Day Charcuterie Workshop | Friday Sept 13th | 6:00pm
April Miller, Penn State Educator and Registered Dietitian, will share tips and specific instructions on how to create a super delicious charcuterie tray. Get hands-on while learning how to make a meat rose, arrange fruit, cheese and dips all the while enjoying samples!
Enjoy a beer talk with Neil Glausier, Burghers Brewer. Burghers is a fantastic burger & beer restaurant in Zelienople that focuses on fresh local ingredients to create the BEST smash burgers you will ever eat! You'll get the opportunity to sample their beer and purchase some to enjoy while learning how to create a game day charcuterie board!
